1. Direct Booking Agreement
Zivo Campus operates as a direct residential housing and property platform. By booking a stay or scheduling a visit, you enter into a direct agreement with Zivo Campus Technologies Private Limited and verified property owners without third-party broker interventions.
2. Zero Brokerage Policy (PGs & Co-Living)
We do not charge any brokerage, booking commission, or hidden middleman fee on PGs and Co-Living accommodations listed on our platform.
3. House Rules & Safety
Residents must respect campus quiet hours, biometric security protocols, and common area hygiene. Detailed house rules are provided upon signing your digital stay agreement.
4. Support & Resolution Guarantee
Maintenance requests submitted via the resident portal or WhatsApp helpline (+91 92031 66884 / +91 87707 47621) are guaranteed a response and initial technician dispatch within 4 hours.
